Deputy Minister of Agriculture, Land Reform and Rural Development, Mcebisi Skwatsha and MEC Mase Manopole, today visited the Putsies and Bassonsdrift CPAs in the ZF Mgcawu district. The Department is in a process of assisting the two CPAs with business plans which will enable them to run successful enterprises.
